Welcome to ComputerDraw. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Use a username that isn't impersonating someone else.

Acceptable use and content policy

ComputerDraw has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or send content that is:

• harassing, bullying, threatening, or hateful toward any person or group;
• sexually explicit, or sexualizing or endangering minors in any way;
• violent, graphic, or intended to shock or disgust;
• illegal, or that promotes illegal activity;
• spam, or that impersonates another person; or
• otherwise objectionable.

This applies to drawings, captions, comments, and usernames.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

You can report any drawing and block any user from within the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the drawings and other content you create. By posting it, you grant ComputerDraw a non-exclusive license to store and display that content within the service. You're responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ComputerDraw is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
