Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Welcome to ComputerDraw (the “Service”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, posting a drawing or comment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. User content and your responsibility

The Service lets users create and share drawings, captions, comments, and other material (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, post, or share. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law or third-party right.

User Content is created by users, not by the operator of the Service. The operator does not create, endorse, verify, or adopt any User Content, and any opinions or material expressed in User Content are those of the user who posted it, not of the operator.

3. No responsibility for User Content

The operator of the Service is not responsible or liable for any User Content or for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from User Content or from your interactions with other users. The Service may display User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, objectionable, or unlawful, and you access and use the Service and all User Content at your own risk. The operator does not pre-screen or routinely monitor User Content and is under no obligation to do so.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You agree not to create, post, or share User Content that, or otherwise use the Service to: (a) is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, or threatening; (b) infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right; (c) is sexually explicit, depicts or exploits minors, or is otherwise harmful; (d) contains malware or attempts to disrupt, hack, or overload the Service; (e) impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation; or (f) violates any applicable law or regulation. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

5. License to display your content

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content, except to the extent it has been shared with others or as required for backups or legal compliance.

6. Removal and termination

The operator may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove any User Content and suspend or terminate any account for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Copyright and intellectual property complaints

If you believe User Content infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact the operator at the address in Section 12 with enough detail to identify the material and your rights. The operator will review and may remove allegedly infringing material.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all User Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any User Content is accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any User Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of the Service from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to these Terms

The operator may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
